The last two experiences that Franklin pet Hospital have been so amazing! Had my130 lb bullmastiff Lucy had suspicious lumps removed and they were so fairly priced! And recently my doodle Charlie fractured her tooth and they did an amazing job at a very fair price! They're also nice and know what they're doing! Highly recommend!! ❤️
Everyone from desk staff , assistant Dani was AMAZING , to Dr. Johnson were nice, caring, patient and listened to my concerns. They genuinely care for the fur babies. Dr Johnson explained the options for our Chloe and they were able to treat her quickly. She had trauma to her tooth and they were able to schedule the extraction the next morning. I’ve been coming here for over a year. Chloe was really sick when I brought her here 1.5 years ago. She was losing weight down to 5.8 pounds and our former vet couldn’t figure it out. I was afraid she was dying. Franklin vet figured out it was IBS and after a few months with prescription food she was back to her normal weight of 8.5 pounds and feeling her spicy self.
Had an emergency with our dog and sadly it was too late to do anything. With the unfortunate circumstances they were very professional on how they handled our fur baby and how they let us say our goodbyes. One of the ladies in the front was very caring and checked in on us after we said our goodbyes and that alone was very sweet of her to do. Even though we had to put down our baby they took very well care of her and us in our time of need. We will be taking our other dog there for his needs as well. Overall great experience and great staff.
We love Dr. BOBBIT, THE FRONT STAFF, BACK STAFF. Always from putting down two of our fur babies to fixing an infection on a baby kitten Always kind and knowledgeable. Clean, quiet, and all around beautiful places as well.
I was nervous about Mickey’s dental surgery, but Dr. Kelly Churchill made the whole experience stress-free. The procedure went smoothly, and my sweet Mickey is recovering so well. The entire team showed outstanding care, kindness, and professionalism. From start to finish, the service was excellent. I’m so thankful and would highly recommend this hospital to anyone who wants the very best for their pets.
