Dr. B took exceptional care of our foster Doberman, Shelby, and treated her with genuine compassion. She performed a very thorough exam, carefully addressed every concern, and explained the treatment plan clearly. Dr. B truly goes above and beyond — her attention to detail and dedication were deeply felt. She didn’t leave a single stone unturned, and that kind of care means everything when you are advocating for foster dog. We are incredibly grateful for her care. Highly recommended.

I have had mixed experiences with this clinic. The veterinary technicians have always been kind and professional, but my interactions with the veterinarian and front desk staff have been frustrating. Because clients are not allowed inside the building, all communication with the veterinarian has been over the phone. During these conversations, the vet often goes on lengthy explanations that come across as dismissive. I have also felt that additional services are frequently recommended that do not seem directly related to the reason for the visit, which makes the clinic feel overly focused on charging for extras. Another concern is that owners are required to remain in their cars during appointments. This means you cannot be present to comfort your pet during treatment. I brought my dog here multiple times, and the staff was unable to complete certain treatments because he was extremely fearful. At his previous veterinarian, this was never an issue, so it was concerning. I initially gave the benefit of the doubt, as I understand that some pets do not tolerate certain procedures, but after taking him to a different clinic where I was allowed to stay with him, he did much better and the treatment was completed without problems. This made me question whether the clinic’s policies may be contributing to the stress animals experience. These are COVID policies, that they decided to keep permanently and I’m really not sure why. Cost and availability have also been issues. This clinic is significantly more expensive than other veterinarians in the area (after finally calling around to others), and it is often difficult to get an appointment the same week. In many cases, the only option offered is to come during emergency hours, which includes a high additional fee. While I understand emergency pricing, I have since found other clinics that were able to accommodate my pet much sooner without requiring an ER visit. My biggest concern, however, has been with one of the receptionists. I did not catch her name, but she is noticeably rude and sounds annoyed whenever I call. During a recent situation where I was very worried about my dog, she seemed impatient and even told me they would not be offended if I chose to go somewhere else. I kept my original appointment as a backup in case I could not find another clinic, but after I was able to get my dog seen elsewhere, I tried to call multiple times to cancel. My calls went unanswered several times in a row, which is unusual for this office. When I called again immediately after the other calls using *67, the phone was answered immediately, which I found odd. During that same call, I asked if my dog’s records could be sent to the new veterinarian. I did not have the email address readily available due to poor phone service at the time, and I apologized while trying to look it up. After about a minute went by with no luck of being able to get the email needed, the receptionist said she could call the other clinic to get the email, which I appreciated and I thanked her for that. However, when the records were sent, a note was added to my dog’s chart stating that she asked for the email and that the “owner stated she doesn’t know.” This felt unnecessary and unprofessional, as the delay was due to technical issues, not because I refused to provide the information. After reading other reviews, I noticed similar complaints about a certain receptionist, which makes this seem like an ongoing issue. In the end, I did take the advice to go elsewhere, and I am glad I did. My dog is now receiving care at a clinic where the staff is welcoming, the costs are more reasonable, and I am allowed to be present during his treatment, which has made a big difference in his comfort and overall experience.

I was very impressed with All 4 Paws. I'd taken my cat to another vet 3 times for the same issue and they just gave me the same antibiotic and sent me on my way. The doctor I spoke with here at All 4 Paws was great, she was concerned about my cat and took the time to really educate me on the possible health issues my cat could have. The nurse also was very kind and supportive and helped me with a technique to get my cat to take the medicine prescribed. Also, the doctor was concerned about the cost of what my cat needed with tests and medications and let me decide what I could afford. I recommend them to anyone looking for someone who really cares and wants to help your animal to be healthy.

My sweet Piper, a Frenchie, had a really bad UTI. I called them and immediately they took her in to get her checked. Dr. Brandwajn called me within the hour and gave me a thorough rundown of what was going on with possible treatments. Her and her team provided great care for my pup and thankfully, she is starting to show improvement. Highly recommend this vet.

I’ve been a client at All Four Paws in Suisin City, CA for 2–3 years, but my most recent experience was extremely concerning. I was shocked to see the clinic owner publicly post dogs’ photos and medical information online in response to a review they disagreed with. As a client, this raised serious privacy and professionalism concerns. Throughout my time here, I have never once spoken to or seen a veterinarian in person. Clients are not allowed inside for appointments, and all medical instructions are relayed through front desk staff or nurses. This lack of transparency is unsettling. When my dog recently caught a virus, the empathy and communication were severely lacking—despite spending nearly $3,000 on exams and prescriptions. I felt like a transaction, not a concerned pet parent. I would strongly recommend seeking a clinic where veterinarians communicate directly and genuinely care.
