Service is always excellent at Cherry Creek Veterinary Hospital, from the front desk staff to the techs and the doctors! We live in Sunnyvale and we are happy to take the 2 hours+ drive to take our fur baby all the way to Antelope because we know that he is gonna be well taken cared of by everyone in this clinic. They’re always on top of Aullie’s health, they don’t push anything that would rise the cost of Aullie’s visit, they give suggestions and it’s always up to us to decide to agree or not with no pressure. We’ve been coming to them for the past 5.5 years and I must say, their service and care is consistent. We love this vet clinic and we always recommend them to anyone who have asked us for a recommendation.
The office was nice and clean. The vet tech was professional and offered us all our options without being pushy or judgmental. The vet was caring and supportive. I had been dreading bringing my 15 year old dog in because other vets had tried to rush her end of life when she was 10. Cherry creek helped treat her wound without pressuring us to make any end of life decisions. We will continue to bring all our pets here because of the care and love they show.
First visit to the practice after our old vet (corporate chain) went down hill... Very pleased with everything! All staff were great! Very nice and very knowledgeable. Welcoming atmosphere and clean facility. I highly recommend.
