We are so thankful for Dr. Noack and the entire team at Folsom Ranch Veterinary Hospital. He has been caring for our dogs for about six years, and when he opened the new vet hospital, we didn’t initially want to make the drive to Folsom. We quickly realized that the level of care we were receiving elsewhere just didn’t compare. Returning to Dr. Noack was the best decision we could have made. He communicates clearly, takes the time to talk through every concern, and always makes sure our animals get the care they truly need — nothing unnecessary, nothing rushed. He treats each case individually and thoughtfully, and we trust him completely with our pets’ health. We are so grateful to have a vet who genuinely cares and consistently goes above and beyond.
We have been taking all 3 of our rescue babies to this hospital since the first week they opened. Every rescue comes with challenges and our boy Amari is the biggest one. We have established a plan with the staff that works for them and us. We truly appreciate the care they all provide. It takes patience to deal with a French Bulldog, from the front desk staff, all the way to the doctors, every single person treats him with love and care. They are very excited to see my boy and make us feel welcomed, even when I am sometimes embarrassed of my boys behavior. There has never been judgement, they don’t make me feel bad for having a challenging pet, instead they give me pointers on what we can try differently to help him be successful.
This is a phenomenal clinic in all areas of care for your pet. I had a semi-emergency on Thanksgiving morning. My regular vet was closed, which was expected, and I wasn't going to wait until the following day. I was pleasantly surprised that not only was Folsom Ranch open, but that they told me I could bring my pooch, Charlie in immediately to have him cared for. I had him there by 1:00 PM and he was treated for expertly and ready to go home by mid afternoon. Charlie didn't miss a second of Thanksgiving dinner with the family and he didn't miss out on any turkey, either! The entire staff did an excellent job. I wouldn't consider taking Charlie anywhere else after the amazing experience we had at Folsom Ranch!
This review is long overdue. It's been over a year since my cat had a severe intestinal blockage. The emergency vet recommended Folsom Ranch Vet. They were so kind and took Ellie Sundae in right away. The entire staff was welcoming and cared about Ellie. She made a very quick recovery thanks to all the staff at Folsom Ranch I cannot thank you enough for saving Ellie's life.
Our family has been at vet clients for So many years. I can’t express enough how Grateful we are for the entire Pet vets crew over the years. Currently our daughter and our family absolutely adores Dr Katie Pet vets is truly the best vets the Garner family, Tom, Lucy, Benji, Fred, dodger, Mookie, Jackie!
