I love that you can make an appt. I had a freak accident with my horse and he ended up partially falling on me. The ER said nothing broken and to follow up with primary doc if not feeling better in a week. A week later, I was feeling worse, so I called my primary and they didn't have an appt until mid summer. With Jovive Urgent Care I was able to make an appt the next morning and they saw me on time to the minute! My care was excellent... more X-rays to rule out anything the ER may have missed. They followed up with a phone call and said additional X-rays were clean and to rest, ice, bruises takes time to heal. Very caring.
PS my horse is fine and enjoying a 3-4 week vacation! See attach "vacation" photo

Morgan was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and professional. She made the intake process smooth and efficient, took the time to meet all of my needs, and was very patient throughout my visit. Great staff member—I truly appreciated her care and kindness!

The people who work at Jovive have been amazing to my family! We just moved to the area and we’ve had to go a few times for my toddlers and they have treated us so kindly and have shown so much patience!! The staff there is a great example of what kindness truly is! Thank you to you all!!!

Beautiful office, the employees were all courteous, kind, Nurses asst. that helped me was very nice. I didn't have to wait more than 10 minutes to be seen and diagnosed. I was in and out of the office in less than 30 minutes. I will definitely go there again for medical help.

I am writing this review to express my disappointment regarding the medical care provided to my daughter. On June 14, 2026. My wife took our daughter in for ear pain, and the examining physician concluded that no infection was present. However, later that evening, my daughter's pain intensified to an unbearable degree, necessitating an emergency room visit where she was diagnosed with an ear infection.
I am concerned by the lack of thoroughness in the initial examination. It is my firm belief that a proper assessment should have identified the infection and led to the appropriate prescription of ear drops and pain medication. Instead, the only action taken was the removal of earwax and charged us a few hundreds of dollars for it.
