I can't say enough about how caring and professional this place is. I have a mobile vet that usually visits and cares for my cats and unfortunately one of my cats was still struggling after my vet visit. I needed to take her somewhere that had more diagnostics and lab abilities. I was able to get an urgent appointment on a Sunday for my little girl to be seen. The staff, vet techs and Dr. were so nice and gentle. My cat, Bee was 17 years old and in a bad state. It was discovered she had what looked to be a cancerous growth in her mouth that had turned into a horrible infection. Given her age, her inability to eat and her having a hyper thyroid the Dr. was very honest with us that humane euthanasia was the best course. I was DEVASTATED. I was in shock and not ready to have to do this. They were so wonderful in giving us all the time with her we needed and helped her, my husband and I through the process of saying goodbye. I'm so sad she's gone and miss her so much but I'm so grateful that Old Towne Animal Hospital was here for us on one of my worst days. Thank you for your care and support, it means the world to us.

I had such a positive experience with this veterinary office. Everyone was kind, compassionate, and genuinely cared about my dog and his well-being. They took the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable with the care he was receiving. It's stressful taking your pet to the vet, but I felt like my dog was in very good hands here. I really appreciated the patience, professionalism, and compassion we were shown. It means a lot to find a veterinary team you can trust with a member of your family. I would absolutely recommend them to other pet owners.

Both of my fur babies are patients at Old Towne Animal Hospital. We absolutely love the team here. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. Both of my babies are so spoiled when they have their visits. I love how accessible the team is. You can easily text them questions / concerns and they get back to you pretty quickly. We are patients of Dr. Genie Caballero and she is the very very best. I’ve recommended her to friends. She has fantastic bedside manner, is very loving, and warm (as is all the staff!). We love having Dr. Cab as our vet and are confident we are getting the best possible care whenever we go.

Absolutely the best vet we have ever been to. Everyone is so caring and professional. And, our pup Daisy loves them! They take their time explaining what they recommend for your fir baby and they care so much. They never make you feel like you are being rushed into making a decision about anything and I didn't feel like I was being judged. I also love that you wait in the car and they come and get your baby from the car for vaccinations and then bring them back to you. It gives our pup some independence away from us. It was the best experience I have ever had at the vet. It means so much to find great care for your animals! I feel so thankful and blessed to have found them!

I had an absolutely awful and traumatizing experience at Old Town Animal Hospital, and I strongly warn anyone with an anxious or fearful pet to stay far away. This clinic claims to be "fear-free," but their actions completely contradict that philosophy. My dog has severe anxiety, a fear of being in small rooms, and a known fear of having her nails trimmed. Instead of handling her with patience or suggesting safe sedation, the staff repeatedly manhandled her. They pinned and violently held her down on a bare concrete floor with absolutely no padding. Because she was terrified, she thrashed so hard trying to escape that she slammed her head on the ground multiple times. This violent pinning happened every single time they trimmed her nails, and I've had her nails trimmed there close to a dozen times. To make matters worse, Dr. Campfield explicitly admitted to slamming my dog between a wall and a door to corral her like livestock. He did this with enough force that he thought he broke her foot and had to take an X-ray. Ross Lewin seemed to be the ringleader behind this aggressive, unsafe behavior.A truly professional, fear-free clinic would have stopped the procedure, discussed sedation, or honestly told me they could not safely work with her. Instead, they chose to abuse and traumatize my dog. Please think twice before trusting this staff with your beloved pets.
