Whenever I come here it’s like seeing family. This is the only place I take my pets to because I trust them wholeheartedly.
Thank you to Hillary & Sandra for always welcoming us with a smile when we walk in. To Dr. Petrunich, Dr. Leinart, Dr. Kwok for your care and compassion. And everyone on the team- Sara, Lindsay, Emma, Anna, Roy, Leo, Jay for loving my babies so they also can enjoy their veterinary experience & not feel so anxious!

Unfortunately, my dog experienced an emergency over the weekend and I had to bring her in for an urgent care visit on Monday morning. From the moment we arrived, the staff at VCA Bradshaw were kind, compassionate and worked with a true sense of urgency.
There was a bit of a wait but it gave me the opportunity to observe how the team interacted with both their human and furry patients. I was genuinely impressed by the level of care, patience and compassion shown by every member of the staff. You can tell they truly love what they do and care deeply about the families they serve.
The emergency clinic I visited the day before had quoted me nearly double what VCA Bradshaw did. Unfortunately, even with the lower estimate and payment options, the treatment was still beyond my budget and I was faced with the heartbreaking decision to say goodbye to my beloved pet.
Dr. Leinart was incredibly understanding and compassionate throughout the entire process. She never made me feel judged or guilty for my decision and instead offered support during one of the most difficult moments of my life.
To Dr. Leinart, Jay and the entire team at VCA Bradshaw: thank you for your kindness, empathy and professionalism. You made an unimaginable day a little easier and I will always be grateful for the care you showed both me and my dog.

Terrible bedside manner. Probably because we didn't have the money for all the transfusions and test they wanted to run. I know in my heart that my dog is not ready to be put to sleep. I was told I was inhumane for wanting to take my dog home. I was told that she would throw a bunch of medicine at my dog but didn't hold out much hope it would help. There was definitely a more compassionate way to deal with such a sensitive and sad situation. I know my dog has been improving with the antibiotics. Not suffering but getting stronger but the doctor just crapped all over the hope we had. I think perhaps vets get desensitized to the plight of a sick dog who has owners that love them very much. It's a sad, delicate situation and a compassionate bedside manner would have made such a difference.

I have been taking our pets to VCA Bradshaw for 20 years. There have been times where we've waiting longer than we probably should have and it can get expensive, but my pets have been taken care of and when the time came to have to put them down, it was done with love and empathy. The dog we have now has been more than a challenge over the 9 years we've had him. The team at Bradshaw has worked with us and Hank, and he loves going to see his girls. I wouldn't change a thing and we will continue to take our 4 legged kids to VCA Bradshaw. 5 stars

Dr. Tran is, by far, the most compassionate and caring doctor there is.
I first came to this location three years ago, and he took great care of my 16-year-old cat. We were blessed to have him there for us during my cat’s final moments as we said goodbye. My kitty passed peacefully in my arms, and they provided a blanket to wrap him in and keep him warm. This was on March 4, 2023.
Rest in love and peace, my sweet cat, Honey B. We were given a box, like his own little coffin, so we could bury him at home.
Today, on June 5, 2026, we returned to this location and specifically asked for Dr. Tran. He was just as compassionate and caring as I remembered him to be. We brought in my sweet cat Gregory, who was 15 years old and had several health issues. As it came to his final day, Dr. Tran made us feel comfortable and supported. My sweet Gregory also passed peacefully. He, too, was given a beautiful coffin box with flowers on top so we could take him home and bury him.
Rest in love and peace, my sweet Gregory.
I can confidently say that I highly recommend Dr. Tran. Both of my kitties lived long, loving lives and eventually faced old age and health challenges. I can never thank Dr. Tran enough—he is truly an angel on Earth.
I deeply appreciate the compassion he shows to both his furry patients and their pet parents. Never change, Dr. Tran. You are an amazing doctor and an exceptional person. His team was friendly as well.
Dr. Tran is outstanding, professional, and compassionate. Highly Recommend him.
Dr. Tran, thank you so much.
Sincerely,
Rachel
